Terms & Conditions for RasoiBazaar

A Brand of UNITED SUPPLY CHAIN SOLUTIONS PRIVATE LIMITED henceforth addressed as RasoiBazaar.

Welcome to the RasoiBazaar app and website (“Platform”). By accessing or using this Platform, you agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions (“Terms”). If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, please do not use the Platform.

1. Use of the Platform

  • You must be at least 16 years old to use this Platform. If under 18, parental or guardian consent is required.

  • You agree to use the Platform only for lawful purposes and in a way that does not infringe on the rights of others or restrict their enjoyment of the Platform.

  • You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account and password, and for all activities that occur under your account.

2. Intellectual Property

  • All content on the Platform—including text, graphics, logos, images, audio/video clips, software, and data compilations—is the property of RasoiBazaar or its content suppliers, protected by Indian and international copyright laws.

  • You may not copy, modify, distribute, display, perform, or use any content without prior written consent from RasoiBazaar.

3. User Content

  • By submitting any content to the Platform, you grant RasoiBazaar a non-exclusive, royalty-free, perpetual, irrevocable, and fully sublicensable license to use, reproduce, modify, adapt, publish, translate, and display it worldwide.

  • You are solely responsible for the content you provide and must ensure it does not violate third-party rights.

4. Payment Terms

We accept the following payment methods:

  • UPI (Google Pay, PhonePe, Paytm)

  • Credit/Debit Cards (Visa, Mastercard, RuPay)

  • Net Banking

  • Cash on Delivery (COD) – available only for select areas and order values

  • Orders will be processed only after full payment, except for eligible COD orders.

  • Failed payments will result in order cancellation.

5. Delivery Terms

  • Service Area: Currently available in Pune city and select nearby areas.

  • Delivery Time: Estimated times will be shown at checkout and may vary due to order volume, weather, or traffic.

Failed Deliveries:

  • If no one is available, our delivery partner will try to contact you.

  • If undelivered, the order will be returned and a redelivery fee may apply.

  • For perishable items, RasoiBazaar is not liable for quality issues due to delays from incorrect addresses or unavailability.

6. Returns and Refunds

  • Report damaged, expired, or incorrect items within 12 hours of delivery.

  • Perishable items (fruits, vegetables, dairy) are eligible for refunds/replacements only if reported within 12 hours.

  • Approved refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 5–7 business days.

  • Complaints after the deadline may not be eligible for compensation.

7. Disclaimer of Warranties

  • The Platform is provided “as is” and “as available”.

  • RasoiBazaar makes no warranties, express or implied, regarding Platform content or product suitability.

  • We do not guarantee the Platform or our emails are free of viruses or harmful components.

8. Limitation of Liability

  • RasoiBazaar is not liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use or inability to use the Platform.

  • This includes loss of profits, data, or other intangible losses—even if advised of the possibility.

9. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless RasoiBazaar, its officers, employees, and agents from any claims, damages, or expenses arising from your use of the Platform.

10. Shipping Restrictions

  • Deliveries are currently limited to Pune and nearby areas.

  • Delivery availability may vary based on local laws, weather, and courier logistics.

11. Loss or Theft of Packages

  • Once marked as “delivered”, RasoiBazaar is not responsible for lost or stolen packages.

  • Ensure you provide a secure delivery location.

  • Suspected loss must be reported to customer support within 12 hours of delivery confirmation.

12. Modifications to the Terms

  • RasoiBazaar reserves the right to change these Terms at any time.

  • Continued use of the Platform after changes are posted implies acceptance of the updated Terms.

13. Governing Law and Jurisdiction

  • These Terms are governed by the laws of India.

  • Any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Pune, India.
